New Customer Service organisation

MicroMega is improving its ordering process by changing the point of contact for a better service.

What changes from today?

You used to send e-mails to one of the 3 following e-mail addresses to contact the Customer Service:

  • export@micro-mega.com
  • info.de@micro-mega.com
  • prenom.nom@micro-mega.com

To make it easier, decision has been made to remove them and create a unique and a clearly named one.

This electronic mailbox centralizes all your requests and redispatches them to the right consignee depending on the topic.

From now…

  • To place an order
  • For your invoice treatment
  • To receive a certificate
  • To get a quotation
  • To have any other information about orders (already placed or to come)
